I’m Dori Pham, a Public Policy student at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy with a strong interest in public service, international affairs, communications, and community engagement. I currently serve as an Undergraduate Student Assistant in the Office of the Dean at McCourt, where I support day-to-day operations, school initiatives, administrative projects, and the broader organizational needs of McCourt leadership.
Before Georgetown, I spent two years at the UC Riverside School of Public Policy, where I worked in external engagement and served as the Dean’s Vice Chief Ambassador. I also produced and hosted Policy Chats, a public policy podcast that gave me the opportunity to engage with policymakers, diplomats, and public leaders. Through these experiences, I developed a passion for connecting people, ideas, and institutions while making complex policy issues more accessible to broader audiences.
I enjoy working at the intersection of policy and relationship-building. Whether I’m supporting an event, interviewing a guest, conducting research, or collaborating with a team, I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, contribute, and build meaningful connections — often over a cup of cà phê sữa đá.
As I continue my studies at Georgetown, I hope to deepen my understanding of policymaking, diplomacy, and public leadership while gaining experiences that allow me to make a positive impact both in the United States and internationally.
